✨ About the Role ✨

The job title is Forward Deployment Engineer. We are seeking an engineer who thrives on solving practical problems through scripting, automating repetitive workflows, and enhancing data quality processes. This role focuses on building internal tools, connecting systems, and improving operational workflows to reduce manual effort and scale data processing and management. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to grow their engineering skills in a fast-paced, applied AI environment. You'll spend most of your time writing code and tackling challenges that directly impact team efficiency.

✅ What You'll Do ✅

Build and maintain automation scripts and internal lightweight tools to support operations teams.
Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise integrations to ensure seamless data exchange.
Implement programmatic quality checks to improve data consistency and accuracy.
Support the rollout of technical solutions by documenting and iterating based on feedback.
Build and support integrations between internal systems and third-party tools.
Maintain and improve existing workflows as team needs evolve.

🌟 What We Are Looking For 🌟

Proficiency in at least one scripting or general-purpose language, preferably Python and/or JavaScript.
Strong problem-solving instincts and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of JSON, APIs, and webhooks.
Experience with AWS and other cloud platforms.
Curious and self-driven, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate efficiently with other engineering teams.

📋 Requirements 📋

3+ years of engineering or technical experience (internships and projects count).
Bachelor's degree with an engineering or analytics-focused field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Javascript, C#).
Curiosity about AI/ML technologies and a drive to keep learning.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-coding technologies (Cursor, ClaudCode, etc.) is a plus.
